Festo DSBCG-100--ISO Standard Pneumatic Cylinder

We purchased multiple Festo LFR-D-MIDI-A filter regulators to upgrade the compressed air circuit of our packaging production line, replacing old separate filter and regulator assemblies. This all-in-one midi unit greatly saves cabinet installation space, and the integrated design delivers much more stable air pressure output.

We’ve integrated Weidmuller UR20-16DI-P u-remote digital input modules into our production line control systems for 6 months, and the performance totally meets our expectation. This 16-channel PNP DI module has compact slim design that saves plenty of cabinet space, the push-in terminal blocks make wiring super fast without extra tools. The signal reading is stable even under workshop electromagnetic interference, channel-to-channel isolation works great to avoid signal crosstalk. Compatible seamlessly with our Siemens Profinet PLC, configuration via TIA Portal is straightforward. Fast lead time and original genuine parts, will reorder for our new automation projects.

I purchased the Festo ADN-100-350-A-P-A compact cylinder (Part No. 55153838) for our production line. It runs extremely smoothly with strong thrust and stable performance even under frequent cyclic operation. The compact design saves plenty of installation space, and the integrated cushion effectively reduces impact and operating noise. Excellent sealing performance, no air leakage after long-term use. Easy to mount and compatible with standard sensors. Worth every penny, highly recommended for industrial automation applications!
